Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period

As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order without giving any reason. Notify us within that period by email at info@caffinity.be (stating your order number), or use the model form below. Then return the product within 14 days of your notification.

Conditions

• Pack the product carefully. Preferably return it in its original packaging. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be withdrawn from if the seal has been broken after delivery. This may apply to, for example, descalers, cleaning tablets, milk system cleaners and water filters.
• The cost of returning the product is yours to bear.
• You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back.

Contact us at info@caffinity.be. You are entitled to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In that case, the costs are ours.
