How to use the anti-limescale softballs
The softballs trap limescale in the water tank, so you need to descale less often.
- Rinse the softballs under the tap.
- Put them in your machine's water tank.
- Fill the tank with fresh water as usual.
- Replace them after the period stated on the packaging.
Caffinity tip: Still descale your machine when the display asks for it: the softballs do not fully replace descaling.
Every machine is slightly different. If in doubt, follow the display or your machine's manual.
